Four implementation sessions
Four 60-minute working sessions to organise the files and knowledge, build your Team Steward and the AI agents you need, and test them on real work.

A final 90-minute session to confirm what works, how your team will maintain it and what should be built next.
Work between the sessions
I review your material and test results, prepare the next step and answer questions by email throughout the 90 days.
